1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective or incorrect)

3. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for the same item in case of defects or damage. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at info@ysjewelrystore.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include a photo of the item and your order number.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ysjewelrystore.com with photos and your order number. We will replace the item or issue a refund as needed.
6. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at info@ysjewelrystore.com with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
